For a long time, I thought I had to fight harder than everyone else. As a professional athlete who also became a mother. As a master craftswoman who held her own in a male-dominated field. And as an entrepreneur who bears responsibility for projects and people.
But 18 German championship titles and one Olympic appearance have taught me one thing:
Real resistance usually comes from within ourselves. For me, the Olympics weren't a "talent project," but the result of a radical systems analysis. I had to learn to synchronize my hardware (body & biochemistry) and my software (mindset & processes) so that performance remains possible under real – often extreme – living conditions.
Today I'm sharing this behind-the-scenes look. Not as theory, but as a tried-and-tested system for people who are ready to end the struggle against themselves in order to truly deliver results as masters of their talents.
